Operations Manager (Evlo AI)

Owning core operational processes and execution workflows to keep technical and cross-functional teams running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize end-to-end operational workflows and document SOPs in Notion and Confluence
Drive cross-functional technical projects across engineering, product, and finance using Jira and Asana
Analyze operational metrics with SQL and Looker dashboards to identify capacity constraints and efficiency opportunities
Manage internal tooling stacks, software licenses, and vendor relationships supporting distributed teams
Monitor operational KPIs and present risk mitigation strategies to executive leadership
Facilitate cross-team alignment through sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly reviews

4–7 years experience in operations, technical project management, or program management in a high-growth technology environment
Strong data analysis skills: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI platforms
Proven ability to scale complex operational processes and ship efficiency initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate cross-functional alignment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field
