About the role
Role Overview
Own the operational backbone of Evlo AI’s technology organization. You’ll design scalable workflows, manage critical infrastructure tooling, automate reporting, and lead cross-functional internal projects that help engineering and product teams move faster.
Responsibilities
- Design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows and SOPs across engineering and product.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from conception to completion using Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend efficiency improvements using SQL, Tableau, and enterprise BI tools.
- Manage software vendor evaluations, licensing/procurement, and technical integrations for internal tooling.
- Define and report executive-level operational KPIs, capacity planning models, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint ceremonies, retrospectives) and quarterly roadmap planning for distributed teams.
Requirements
- 4–7 years experience in technical operations, program management, or business operations in a high-growth tech environment.
- Strong data/analytics skills: advanced Excel, SQL, and modern project management tools.
- Proven ability to scale internal processes and ship infrastructure/tooling improvements with measurable ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; can influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to Haves
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with Salesforce or Jira administration.
- Background in remote-first team management.
