About the role

Role Overview

Own the operational backbone of Evlo AI by scaling processes and tooling, diagnosing workflow friction, and partnering with engineering and product leaders to ensure flawless delivery of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and scale standard operating procedures (SOPs) across core technical and business workflows
  • Partner with engineering and product to manage complex cross-functional projects, including tracking timelines and dependencies (Jira, Notion)
  • Analyze operational data and telemetry to identify performance bottlenecks and propose data-driven mitigations
  • Manage vendor evaluation, onboarding, and cost optimization for internal SaaS tooling and infrastructure
  • Facilitate incident post-mortems and drive corrective actions to completion across engineering groups
  • Prepare operational metrics, dashboards, and risk assessments for executive leadership

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in technical operations, program management, or business operations in a high-growth technology environment
  • Strong workflow automation capabilities
  • Proficiency with SQL
  • Experience with project management/workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
