About the role
Role Overview
As an Operations Manager at Evlo AI, you will optimize technical operations and cross-functional workflows so engineering and product teams can deliver efficiently. You’ll identify bottlenecks, automate tooling, and run operational programs from inception through measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize operational workflows by integrating internal tooling with Jira and enterprise systems
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across teams
- Analyze operational metrics using SQL and BI dashboards to identify risks, bottlenecks, and efficiency opportunities
- Manage vendors and oversee software licenses supporting day-to-day technical operations
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to scale internal processes
- Facilitate regular operational reviews and report KPI performance to executive stakeholders
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in operations, technical program management, or project management in a technology environment
- Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Excel, modern BI tools)
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau
- Proven ability to ship complex process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Nice to Have
- PMP or Scrum Master certifications
- Experience scaling remote operations teams
