Operations Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions

Role Overview

As an Operations Manager for Snorkel AI’s Solutions AI delivery organization, you’ll own the operational backbone of Professional Services delivery—ensuring the right staffing, execution visibility, and financial performance. You’ll build systems, processes, and operating rigor to scale a high-performing Professional Services organization.

Responsibilities

• Capacity planning & staffing: Own staffing and capacity planning for Solutions AI Engineers in Float, aligning resources to projects by skills, priority, and availability.
• Forecasting & scenario planning: Build and maintain capacity and revenue forecasts using pipeline, active projects, and hiring plans; run scenarios to identify hiring needs, capacity gaps, and delivery risks.
• Pipeline-to-staffing translation: Translate Salesforce (MEDDIC) pipeline into staffing plans and hiring signals to align demand and capacity.
• Deal formation support: Partner with Engagement Managers to validate scope, resourcing, timelines, and margin assumptions during deal formation.
• Delivery operations accuracy: Ensure accurate timesheet submission, utilization tracking, and operational compliance.
• Project standards & reporting: Define standards for project setup, tracking, and reporting for consistent execution across engagements.
• Operating cadences: Establish review cadences (e.g., weekly project/portfolio reviews) to drive consistent execution.
• PS reporting & dashboards: Maintain project/portfolio reporting (execution status, burn, margin, capacity, delivery risks) and own PS metrics dashboards as a single source of truth.
• Systems & data consistency: Partner with Finance and standardize data/workflows across Float, Jira, and Salesforce; improve data quality and consistency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services Operations, Delivery Operations, or similar.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and utilization.
• Experience with forecasting/capacity modeling and financial planning in a services environment.
• Proficiency with PSA/PM/CRM tools such as Float, Jira, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of PS financials (margin, burn, revenue recognition) and related reporting (e.g., Excel/Sheets and dashboards).
• Experience designing/optimizing workflows across multiple systems (PSA, CRM, project management).
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
• Must be located in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Locations / Work Arrangement

• New York, San Francisco Bay Area, or Remote (US).
