Operations Manager

Role Overview

Operations Manager (full-time, remote) to oversee day-to-day operations of a compute marketplace. You’ll ensure smooth transaction flows, timely onboarding for buyers and providers, and high reliability of operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize operational performance using key metrics
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to improve operations
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Manage operational documentation and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support compliance and risk management practices related to marketplace activity
• Forecast operational needs and support scaling initiatives
• Contribute to strategic planning for platform growth

Requirements

• Strong operational management skills (process design, workflow optimization, performance monitoring)
• Marketplace/SaaS operations experience; familiarity managing online platforms or digital products
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-informed decisions
• Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on schedule
• Excellent written and verbal communication focused on documentation and stakeholder updates
• Proficiency with spreadsheets/dashboards and tools such as CRM or ticketing systems and collaboration platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have

• Background in technology, cloud infrastructure, or compute/GPU ecosystems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
