Operations Manager, Accounts

Role Overview

Operations Manager, Accounts at Commure focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management (RCM). You will define and own critical business processes across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Account Management—ensuring efficient execution and smooth client onboarding.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy, end-to-end ownership role in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives
• Manage operational metrics such as process throughput and defect rate
• Split focus as 80% account management / 20% process improvement and cross-functional initiatives
• Own day-to-day account management:
  • prioritize and resolve escalations
  • proactively identify and improve processes beyond immediate client needs
• Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation to scale the customer base 5–10x over 12 months
• Ensure efficient and timely execution of essential internal operations projects
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams
• Break down complex business problems and own execution and outcomes
• Serve as primary point of contact for 12+ accounts representing $1M+ in annual recurring revenue
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention
• Travel: 10–20% required

What You Have

• 3–5 years experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company
• Experience with SQL and Excel
