About the role
Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator is a fast-paced, high-visibility role acting as a central coordination hub for the Digital Systems team. You will manage day-to-day operational workflows, serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers, and help keep projects and requests moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communications and execution for the Digital Systems team (team inbox and work queues)
- Handle administrative tasks and customer inquiries
- Assist with expense reports and maintain accurate records in the D365 CRM
- Proactively engage with partners to document customer product configurations
- Manage complex pre-sales quote workflows end-to-end (request intake through order fulfillment, training delivery, and post-sale follow-up)
- Facilitate clear handoffs and updates across stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Applications Engineers, Digital Product Experts, Contracting, Service, and Accounting
- Build and maintain tracking tools such as checklists, status reports, and queue health visibility for leadership
- Drive routine workflow ownership, problem-solving, and cross-department alignment to prevent tasks from slipping

Compensation
- Expected pay range: $70,000 – $85,000 USD annually
