Role Overview
Operations & Client Services Manager (Assistant Manager)
Nova's Nests is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Director of Client Services & Operations and run day-to-day operations for a growing corporate housing and lodging business.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of staff members across day-to-day operations, task prioritization, and service quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, lodging partners, and external stakeholders.
- Handle escalated issues for clients and homeowners, knowing when to resolve directly and when to involve leadership.
- Coordinate and track operational workflows to ensure active bookings and client accounts are handled without gaps.
- Manage B2B relationships with corporate housing partners and external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with the team and leadership, including status updates and proactive issue-flagging.
- Identify and improve operational processes as the company scales.
What You Bring
- Experience in corporate housing, hospitality, hotel management, property management, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate and solve problems in real time.
- Prior experience leading/coordinating/mentoring a team (formal management a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence with corporate clients and partners.
- High organization and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working fully remote while staying closely connected with the team.
- A genuine service mindset and commitment to doing things right.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Background in corporate housing, extended-stay lodging, or relocation services.
- Experience with B2B clients/corporate accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools/operations platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
Compensation & Schedule
- $40,000–$45,000 starting salary (based on experience)
- Full-time
- Hours: 11:00am–7:00pm EST
- Fully remote (US-based)
