Role Overview

Join Nabla as an Operational Data Analyst (full remote). You will analyze customer implementation data, product usage patterns, and lifecycle metrics to surface opportunities for operational impact and clinical value.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer implementation data, product usage models, and lifecycle metrics to identify new opportunities for impact.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking:
- Service onboarding / implementation performance
- Time-to-value reference metrics
- Early indicators of client engagement
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to create evidence-based narratives about product value and operational impact.
Translate insights into best-practice playbooks and data-driven collateral.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in clinical operations and/or business operations data
Strong SQL proficiency
Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in healthcare/clinical operations analytics and metrics
Familiarity with customer lifecycle analytics and product usage reporting
