OmniStudio Developer

Remote (USA-based) • Full-time

Role Overview

Join the team to build transformative public sector solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio. You will develop dynamic user interfaces, automate workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

FlexCards: Design and configure responsive, contextual UI experiences
OmniScripts: Build guided workflows to optimize business processes
Data Handling & Automation: Use DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures
Salesforce Development: Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and related Salesforce tools
System Integration: Integrate with external systems via REST APIs
Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging
Collaboration: Work with technical managers, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily scrums, user story analysis)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
3–5 years of Salesforce development experience, including OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and coding standards
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
Security clearance eligibility and ability to maintain clearance

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer and/or Platform Developer I/II
