NodeJS Developer

Role Overview

NodeJS Developer to enhance the functionality, scalability, and user experience of a trading platform. You will design, implement, and optimize an event-driven microservices architecture that supports new trading applications and helps deliver revenue-driving product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software solutions end-to-end in collaboration with product managers and designers
• Coordinate with international development teams on engineering and architecture
• Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure product quality
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the trading platform

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree covering Computer Science fundamentals
• 2–4 years of professional web application development experience
• Backend proficiency; Node.js and TypeScript knowledge is a plus
• Broad knowledge of web platforms and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication across international teams
• Experience with automated unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
• Understanding of performance, computational complexity, and code optimization
• Familiarity with industry-standard algorithms and design patterns
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agentic AI tooling
• Experience with distributed systems and infrastructure tools such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kubernetes, and MongoDB
• Prior experience with infrastructure-as-code

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $130,000–$160,000 USD/year (full-time)
