Role Overview

Node.js Developer focused on implementing caching mechanisms to improve application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js
Implement caching strategies to reduce server load and improve response times
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI components with backend services
Optimize application code for speed and efficiency
Conduct code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Maintain documentation for technical specifications and development processes
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience with Node.js
Strong front-end UI skills with jQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, and AngularJS
Strong understanding of caching techniques and web application performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
Experience working in Agile development environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture
