About the role
Role Overview
Seeking a Node.js Developer with AWS Serverless experience to build and support scalable, AWS-based contact center solutions. The role focuses on developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda and integrating contact center capabilities with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Node.js applications using AWS Lambda
- Build IVR and self-service solutions with Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex
- Integrate APIs with CRM systems and backend services
- Develop REST APIs and event-driven serverless applications
- Implement secure coding practices and set up CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support production applications
- Collaborate with architects, QA, and business teams
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Node.js development
- 2+ years of AWS development
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda
- Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices
- Experience with API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS, EventBridge
- Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD
- Strong debugging skills and cloud security knowledge
Preferred Skills
- IVR/Contact Center application development
- Salesforce or ServiceNow integrations
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
- Agile development experience
- AWS Certification (Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
