Role Overview
You’ll use your backend engineering expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, providing high-quality real-world input. No prior AI experience is required—your domain knowledge and ability to evaluate technical work will be the focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to provide expert input and feedback for AI system development.
- Review and analyze code samples for accuracy, efficiency, and best-practice compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify backend development patterns and problem-solving approaches.
- Evaluate real-world Node.js scenarios to help models learn robust, scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Document insights, edge cases, and nuanced technical considerations clearly in writing.
- Communicate complex concepts in an accessible way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on professional experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Expert problem-solving and debugging in distributed application systems.
- Strong attention to detail in code review and technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (clarity and thoroughness).
- Deep understanding of backend application architectures and common development patterns.
- Ability to analyze and explain technical trade-offs and solutions.
- Proactive, collaborative cross-functional teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to AI-related projects or model training.
- Experience designing or maintaining large-scale, high-availability Node.js systems.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration and asynchronous communication tools.
