No-Code Developer

Role Overview

Part-time, remote No-Code Developer at TIG Info Services Pvt Ltd. You will design, build, and maintain applications and workflows using no-code/low-code platforms to support restaurant operations, reporting, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and map business processes.
• Translate requirements into automated workflows, dashboards, and forms.
• Integrate tools and data sources; configure APIs/connectors as needed.
• Test solutions for reliability, usability, and correct operation.
• Document implementations and provide user training and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital tools and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge of Computer Science (data structures, logic, system behavior).
• Back-end web development and software development concepts to design scalable, secure, maintainable workflows/integrations.
• Experience applying Programming and OOP concepts to interpret technical docs, APIs, and extend no-code solutions when required.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and best practices (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Bubble, Power Apps, or similar).
• Ability to analyze and document business processes, turn requirements into technical workflows, and prioritize independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication for non-technical stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience working with data (spreadsheets, basic databases, reporting tools) and basic security/privacy practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or franchise operations.
