- Ensure seamless call routing and improve customer interactions

- Support migration efforts to unify two CXone environments into one instance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable contact center solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience (about 7 years ideal)
- Strong NICE CXone proficiency, especially Studio scripting for call routing scripts
- Ability to write and test Studio scripts
- Experience designing and implementing CXone solutions
- Experience optimizing CXone workflows
- Expert experience with Conversational AI solutions
