Role Overview
Networking Managed Services Engineer (L1)
You will provide first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests, working closely with the NOC team to keep clients’ IT infrastructure operational.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions and coordinate with the NOC team to resolve incidents.
- Identify recurring/common incidents and opportunities to prevent them.
- Fulfill approved service requests following established procedures.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Execute approved maintenance activities.
- Follow handover procedures for shift changes.
