About the role

Role Overview

Native iOS Developer for an enterprise mobile engineering team, working remotely. You will build high-quality native iOS applications, participate in technical design/architecture discussions, and help shape engineering standards across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade native iOS applications using modern Apple technologies
Write clean, maintainable, scalable code focused on performance and user experience
Contribute to architecture and technical design for new features and enhancements
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers across the software lifecycle
Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and improve stability/performance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with effective solutions
Participate in Agile planning, estimation, and sprint activities

Requirements

7+ years professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in native iOS development
Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
Deep understanding of native iOS SDKs/frameworks
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and design patterns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed Agile team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale enterprise or consumer-facing mobile applications
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and mentoring junior developers

Notes

Backgrounds primarily in cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin) are not considered—this role requires true native development.
