Nation Division Operations Manager

Role Overview

Lead a national operations function for a MEP+P engineering consulting division in a fully remote (U.S.) setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and cross-functional project delivery.
• Lead operational meetings, resource planning, and KPI reporting.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and project management processes.
• Review proposals and support smooth project startup and execution.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Influence strategic initiatives in partnership with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of MEP+P consulting firm experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong engineering consulting operations background and deep understanding of the engineering project lifecycle.
• Experience with Monday.com and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated KPI-driven operations approach.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience driving process improvements and AI adoption (explicitly called out).

Location & Logistics

Compensation

• $125k–$165k with “amazing benefits and more”.
