Mortgage Sales Recruiter

Role Overview

RenoFi is hiring a Mortgage Sales Recruiter to join its fast-growing, early-stage organization. This recruiter will focus on sourcing and hiring Senior Loan Officers who can self-source leads and support RenoFi’s full suite of renovation loan products.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Senior Loan Officer candidates (outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer, and reference checks).
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand market priorities and resourcing needs.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and coach them on effective hiring practices.
• Manage job posting activities across roles (draft job specs and post to sites such as LinkedIn).
• Maintain and improve the talent pipeline, using data to inform hiring projections.
• Use the ATS to manage candidate flow and provide timely feedback to maintain data integrity.
• Leverage recruiting platforms to actively source and engage candidates.
• Validate candidate mortgage production using data sources such as MMI.
• Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity and pipeline status to key stakeholders.
• Champion RenoFi’s culture and vision.

Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting loan officers and/or sales roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation ability.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Flexible and responsive to feedback; comfortable working in ambiguity.
• High professionalism.
• Proficient with Google Suite and ATS platforms (team uses Lever).

Nice to Have / Additional Context

• Experience validating mortgage production using data sources such as MMI.
• Familiarity working closely with Retail Sales and National Production leadership.

Reporting & Compensation

• Reports to the EVP of National Production and works with the Retail Sales team.
• Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
