About the role
Role Overview
Monetization Growth Product Manager at ClassDojo (remote/"anywhere in the World"). Own a key growth lever: building and scaling a consumer revenue engine that aligns with user value for families.
What You’ll Do
- Design and scale monetization experiences chosen by millions of families and optimized for love/usage.
- Own key areas across the monetization funnel: subscription experience, pricing, bundling, positioning, and conversion flows.
- Run and iterate on high-quality experiments with design, engineering, data, and marketing.
- Use a blend of research, behavioral insight, data, and intuition to shape monetization strategy.
- Operate with high autonomy and ownership, partnering directly with co-founders and product leaders to define and deliver long-term strategy.
- Deliver product craft across disciplines and scale globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth product management experience shipping high-quality, at-scale consumer products across at least two companies.
- At least one company with >1M users and experience from a company that was not late-stage.
- Proven monetization success driving revenue growth via creative, user-centric monetization strategies.
- Strong product intuition: uncover user needs, derive insights, and craft novel solutions.
- Experience with complex consumer ecosystems (e.g., social platforms, marketplaces, multi-sided products).
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with qualitative and quantitative signals, hypothesis validation, and data exploration.
- High-impact track record in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and alignment with engineering, design, data, and marketing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience leading monetization work in social or marketplace products.
- Background across 0-to-1 and growth-stage product development.
- Experience growing products in international markets.
- Ability to influence and lead without authority; experience mentoring other PMs.
- Familiarity with pricing, payments infrastructure, or revenue optimization techniques.
