About the role

Mobile Software Engineer

Contribute to developing cutting-edge AI systems by solving and evaluating programming tasks on DataAnnotation’s coding platform. Work with modern AI models to build and improve high-quality code, explanations, and feedback that directly shape future AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Native/bilingual fluency in English
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer / Coder / Programmer

Preferred Skills

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & Work Style

Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose which projects you take and when)
Hourly pay: up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
