Mobile Software Engineer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to contribute to building and improving AI systems through programming and code evaluation work. The role is fully remote and allows you to choose which projects you take and when you work.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Strong writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Preferably: experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Engineer/Programmer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kotlin experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Compensation & Work Model

• Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance.
• Payment is processed via PayPal; PayPal handles any currency conversions from USD.
