About the role

Role Overview

As a Mobile Software Engineer on DataAnnotation’s coding team, you’ll work on programming tasks that help train and refine AI systems. The role emphasizes Android development and offers fully remote work with flexibility in scheduling.

Responsibilities

Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android.
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
Provide feedback that directly improves the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
Ability to support mobile/Android-focused coding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Kotlin experience.
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.
Prior experience as a Software Developer/Engineer/Programmer.

Compensation & Work Model

Fully remote and flexible: choose projects and when you work.
Hourly paid projects up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance.
Payment via PayPal.
