Mobile Product Designer

Role overview

Join Yubo, a social discovery app for Gen Z, as a Mobile Product Designer. You will co-lead a product squad, help shape product strategy, and design mobile-first experiences with measurable impact on user experience and business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design projects from discovery through delivery, and iterate post-launch to maintain high-quality user experiences
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand Marketing, Data Analysts, Legal, and Trust & Safety to solve meaningful user problems
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions, supporting decisions with analytics, user/team feedback, and competitive insights
• Participate in experimentation to inform design direction and improve outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to lead end-to-end product design work (discovery → delivery → post-launch iteration)
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners (product, engineering, marketing, data, legal/trust & safety)
• Data- and insight-informed approach to design decisions (analytics, feedback, competitive insights)
