About the role
Role overview
You’ll build Kira’s AI Finance Agent for Android and iOS—shipping clean, reliable, and intuitive mobile experiences. You’ll work across insurance and financial services journeys and help turn complex flows into usable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS.
- Create simple mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
- Partner with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex journeys into mobile products.
- Integrate APIs and handle edge cases: loading states, errors, and production issues.
- Improve app performance, reliability, crash rate, and overall user experience.
- Support fast launches, experiments, and iteration across mobile journeys.
- Help set and maintain high standards for mobile product quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both.
- Strong experience with Kotlin and/or Swift.
- Experience shipping production apps used by real users.
- Strong product sense and focus on mobile UX.
- Able to work with APIs, analytics, crash logs, and production feedback.
- Can take ownership with limited handholding and work comfortably in ambiguity.

- Evidence of shipped work such as App Links, GitHub, screenshots, or examples.
