Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Role Overview

Mobile Developer (Flutter) Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS (phone & tablet) within a fast-paced product team at Anfin.

Responsibilities

• Develop features for mobile apps on Android and iOS (phone & tablet)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to understand and implement feature specifications
• Work with backend engineers to integrate with APIs
• Build for good performance and strong UI/UX for end users
• Design, review, and execute client-side tests
• Identify, document, and categorize usability issues
• Coordinate with team members to solve difficult problems and agree on best solutions
• Investigate and adopt new technologies where relevant
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
• Think creatively, prototype/test ideas, and continuously improve the product from a user perspective

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience developing apps using Flutter
• Experience with Clean Architecture for mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of dependency injection (DI) in Flutter
• Strong knowledge of state management
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD)
• Good knowledge and experience with UI & UX
• Ability to work under high pressure while balancing fast delivery and code quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Validated ability to excel in a fast-paced development team
• Product mindset is an advantage
