Mobile Developer

Role Overview

Aptino, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer for a 6–12 month contract in Miami, Florida (US). You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS and Android mobile applications, working across native and hybrid approaches with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Build cross-platform mobile apps using the Ionic framework
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable code following best practices
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Ensure quality via testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Stay current with mobile development trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years mobile application development experience
• Strong experience in iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Java / Kotlin)
• Hands-on Ionic experience (Angular-based hybrid apps)
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience integrating APIs, push notifications, and mobile security practices
• Familiar with Git
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flutter/Dart
• 4–8 years hybrid mobile application development experience
• Strong emphasis on CI/CD processes
