About the role

Role Overview

You will join the team as a Mobile Application Developer to build and enhance the company’s mobile application platform. The role focuses on creating robust, intuitive, and reliable mobile experiences for users across Android and iOS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile features for Android/iOS or cross-platform.
Build smooth onboarding, account management, payment integrations, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted features.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency and security.
Participate in product discussions; translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and uphold coding standards.
Monitor app performance, analyze crash reports, and improve based on user feedback and analytics.
Identify and fix bugs, optimize speed, and enhance overall user experience.
Stay current with mobile development trends and apply best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering and deploying mobile apps on Android, iOS, or both.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and best practices.
Experience working with APIs, debugging, and resolving production issues.
Ability to ship production-ready apps used by real users.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to edge cases, performance, and reliability.
Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or React Native.
Strong communication skills; able to work effectively in a remote collaborative environment.
Experience with Git and familiarity with Agile.
Evidence of work via app links, GitHub, screenshots, or detailed project descriptions.

Nice to Have

Experience integrating payments and building AI-assisted product features.
