About the role

Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and improve AI systems through hands-on programming and evaluation tasks. This is fully remote work with flexible scheduling, and compensation is based on paid hourly projects available after a short assessment.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
Contribute through programming, app building, and insight synthesis using data analysis and visualization (as part of assigned tasks)

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Excellent writing and grammar skills

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Kotlin
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Compensation & logistics

Fully remote; flexible schedule based on selected projects
Paid hourly, up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
