About the role
Role overview
Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help develop and improve AI systems through hands-on programming and evaluation tasks. This is fully remote work with flexible scheduling, and compensation is based on paid hourly projects available after a short assessment.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
- Contribute through programming, app building, and insight synthesis using data analysis and visualization (as part of assigned tasks)
Requirements
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Kotlin
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
- Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer
Compensation & logistics
- Fully remote; flexible schedule based on selected projects
- Paid hourly, up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
- Payment via PayPal
