About the role
Role overview
Join DataAnnotation’s coding team to help advance AI development through programming tasks with a strong emphasis on Android. You’ll work on AI-related coding problems, build app functionality, and review AI-generated code.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems (Android-focused)
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models
- Synthesize insights through data analysis and visualization (as applicable to tasks)
Requirements
- English fluency (native or bilingual)
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer/Coder/Software Engineer/Programmer
Preferred / Additional
- Kotlin experience
- Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Work model and compensation
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule (choose projects and timing)
- Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour; higher-paying projects may be available with strong performance
- Work access begins after a short assessment upon account signup
