Role overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding community to help develop and improve AI systems through real-world programming tasks. You’ll work with advanced AI models on Android-focused development while contributing insights through code explanations and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that helps shape future AI model outputs

Requirements

English fluency (native or bilingual)
Strong writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)

Preferred qualifications

Kotlin experience
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift
Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Work setup & compensation

Fully remote (work from anywhere in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand)
Flexible schedule: choose projects and when you work
Paid hourly (up to $60 USD/hour), with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance
