Role: Mobile App Product Manager
Own the full product roadmap for a 100% remote consumer mobile app (iOS and Android) and turn it into a growth and retention engine.
What you’ll do
- Own the mobile product end-to-end: roadmap, execution, testing, and optimization of existing and new features.
- Drive product strategy and execution with development, executive, and marketing teams.
- Define and track KPIs for performance, usage, churn, and retention; report progress weekly.
- Turn data into decisions by analyzing in-app behavior, customer feedback, and competitor research.
- Prioritize minimal but high-impact features and evaluate what “moves the needle.”
- Partner with content to shape content strategy based on consumption insights.
- Manage in-app content (uploading, maintaining, and ensuring quality/availability).
- Lead lifecycle alignment across retention, marketing, and analytics to improve new-user activation.
- Own the AI product roadmap as a core retention lever (responsiveness + personalization).
- Drive App Store growth via SEO and app listing optimization for discoverability and conversion.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with website and customer service for promotion, support, and troubleshooting.
Required experience & skills
- 3–5 years of product management experience focused on consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Experience working with subscription-based products (subscription growth and retention).
