About the role

MLOps Solution Engineer

Join a machine learning company in a fully remote role focused on pre-sales engineering, PoCs, and customer advocacy for production-grade ML and LLM workflows.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Enablement

Deliver technical demos and solution deep-dives for enterprise prospects.
Tailor ML/AI workflows and integrations to customer environments.
Create architecture diagrams and proof-of-value setups; qualify and re-engage leads.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

Own trials from setup to successful outcomes.
Deploy via Helm/Terraform, guide pipeline engineering, and troubleshoot infrastructure/SDK issues.
Keep PoCs scoped, on track, and outcome-focused.

Customer Success & Support

Ensure customers extract value through triage, feature enablement sessions, and community onboarding.
Monitor adoption, address friction points, and drive retention.

Product & Engineering Collaboration

Translate customer learnings into product improvements (PRDs, feature testing, code examples, documentation).
Advocate for developer experience and seamless deployment.

Operations, Growth & Evangelism

Improve GTM operations such as billing, CRM, and analytics; share insights across teams.
Represent the company at events, give talks, and co-create content.

Requirements

Kubernetes (deploying/debugging), Docker, Helm, Terraform
Python (scripting, SDK, contributing to codebase)
Go (optional; e.g., Terraform provider)
Cloud experience: AWS (EKS), GCP (GKE), Azure (AKS)
Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle and the infrastructure that runs it
Ability to communicate with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and decision-makers
Strong communication skills (teaching, writing, simplifying complex topics)
Builder mindset (automate/prototype fixes when friction arises)
Comfortable operating across technical and GTM workflows (e.g., Kubernetes debugging to CRM hygiene)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience leading customer-facing engineering work and PoCs end-to-end
Prior developer experience advocacy and documentation/code example contribution
