Responsibilities

• Conceive and execute advanced modeling experiments to unlock new commercial value.
• Design and develop state-of-the-art machine learning models with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration.
• Translate validated prototypes into robust, scalable production systems.
• Apply best practices in MLOps to ensure models are operationalized, performance is monitored, and delivery is reliable.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience as an ML Engineer, Applied ML Scientist, or similar role.
• Strong machine learning background and ability to productionize models.
• Essential software engineering rigor: clean code, testing, and Git.
• Strong Python expertise and experience deploying/managing the full lifecycle of complex ML/DL models.
• Experience with unstructured or multi-modal data (e.g., high-dimensional feature vectors, dense embeddings).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and model limitations clearly to both product teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar). Master’s degree preferred.
