Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor (Full Remote - Worldwide)

Role Overview

EverAI is hiring a Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor to create high-quality, narrative-driven long-form cinematic videos using AI-first generative video workflows. You will independently take ownership of the full production stack, from concept and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize scripts aligned with current production needs and centered on EverAI’s AI characters/IP
• Produce narrative-driven long-form video content with strong focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence (including stylized NSFW visuals, where applicable)
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows: ideation, prompting, generation, editing, and post-production
• Use AI video tools/models such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and others to produce compelling visual sequences
• Maintain character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives using advanced techniques
• Apply motion graphics design and color correction to deliver cohesive final outputs
• Experiment rapidly with new AI models/tools and incorporate improvements into production workflows
• Collaborate with the Content Lead’s direction while maintaining high autonomy in execution and technical decisions
• Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

Requirements (Qualifications)

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools/models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Strong understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including:
  • prompting
  • batching
  • consistency techniques
  • post-processing
• Experience with traditional editing/post tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar) for final output
