About the role

Role overview

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Nabla, you will be the primary point of contact for mid-market accounts. Your goal is to drive product adoption, retention, and growth, while feeding customer insights back to the product team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key mid-market business accounts, understand their needs, and maximize the impact of Nabla’s product.
  • Lead the onboarding/integration process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and rapid product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and secure expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success/account management (mid-market focus).
  • Ability to drive onboarding and adoption to improve retention and growth.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare/healthcare technology contexts.
  • Experience working closely with product teams to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities.
