About the role

Role Overview

Mid-level Agentic DevOps Engineer to support production cloud infrastructure at scale. You’ll work with clients either through team augmentation or by designing and building product solutions on a FullStack product team.

Responsibilities

Support and operate production cloud infrastructure at scale
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and application delivery processes
Automate infrastructure and internal tooling using Python
Build, maintain, and evolve container orchestration and deployment workflows
Contribute to teams delivering on agreed performance expectations and client commitments
Identify and troubleshoot difficult issues with high attention to detail

Requirements

4+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience supporting production cloud infrastructure
US citizenship and must be physically located in the US (federal government project requirement)
Advanced English
Completion of a four-year college degree
Deep experience with AWS, including IAM, EKS, VPC, EC2, Secrets Manager, and Serverless, with strong RBAC knowledge
Hands-on proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, Helm, and container orchestration
Proven experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD, including GitHub Advanced Security
Strong Datadog experience
Familiarity with Lambda, Fargate, and serverless infrastructure
Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications
Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams
Experience with large, complex systems and taking extreme ownership

Nice to Have

AI-enthusiastic workflow and experience with agentic/AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, Copilot CLI)
Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC 2
Experience contributing to or creating reusable libraries
