About the role
Role Overview
Stuut is hiring a Member of Technical Staff — Applied AI, Frontend to design, build, and scale customer-facing, data-heavy frontend applications that improve B2B financial workflows. You’ll partner closely with Design, Backend Engineering, Product, and customers to deliver responsive experiences and shape Stuut’s product and engineering culture.
Responsibilities
- Drive Stuut’s frontend technical vision with design and backend teams
- Build responsive, performant Vue.js applications for complex B2B financial workflows
- Translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions
- Improve frontend processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity and code quality
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team and foster technical excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience shipping B2B SaaS at scale
- Strong expertise in Vue.js (Vue 3) and TypeScript
- Experience with state management and modern frontend build tooling
- Deep experience building complex, data-heavy, responsive applications
- Experience using frontend testing frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment
- Comfortable engaging with customers to understand workflow needs
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend culture
Compensation & Benefits
- $185K–$250K base salary (U.S. based)
