Member of the Technical Staff — Applied AI, Frontend

Role Overview

Stuut is hiring a Member of Technical Staff — Applied AI (Frontend) to design, build, and scale customer-facing, data-heavy frontend applications. You’ll partner closely with Design, Backend Engineering, Product, and customers to deliver responsive experiences and help shape both the product direction and the engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Stuut’s frontend technical vision with design and backend partners.
• Build responsive, performant Vue.js applications to simplify complex B2B financial workflows.
• Translate customer workflows into intuitive, production-ready solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuously improve frontend processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity and code quality.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-caliber frontend engineering team and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience shipping B2B SaaS at scale.
• Strong expertise in Vue.js (Vue 3) and TypeScript, including state management and modern frontend build tools.
• Deep experience building complex, data-heavy applications with responsive design and frontend testing.
• Comfortable thriving in early-stage, high-growth environments and building systems/processes from scratch.
• Experience engaging with customers to understand workflow needs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping frontend culture.
