Role Overview

Member of Technical Staff (Machine Learning) at Reka AI. Contribute across the full development cycle of large deep learning models—from data preparation to training, evaluation, and product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end development of large deep learning models.
• Prepare datasets and design/model architectures.
• Implement solutions, train models, and evaluate performance to improve products.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate research into practical applications.
• Work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment—wear many hats and help build capabilities from the ground up.

Requirements

• Experience training and evaluating large deep learning models.
• Proficiency with standard deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and JAX.
• Proven ability to apply and implement ML algorithms into software applications at scale.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with some uncertainty.
• Kind and collaborative working style.

Nice to Have

• Strong interest in multimodal foundation model research and product-oriented ML engineering (implied by mission and model focus).
