About the role

Role Overview

As a Member of Technical Staff (Frontend Engineer), you will design and deliver modern web applications for critical financial workflows. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to create responsive, data-rich interfaces for complex financial systems, while helping shape frontend architecture, product direction, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

Frontend architecture & strategy: Help define and evolve the technical direction of frontend systems; ensure cohesive, scalable architecture with backend and design.
Application development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
UX design: Translate business requirements and user workflows into intuitive, clear, highly usable interfaces.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and customers to meet technical and business needs.
Performance & scalability: Optimize performance for data-intensive, finance-focused applications across devices and usage scenarios.
Engineering excellence: Improve development processes, tools, and frameworks to raise code quality, maintainability, and team productivity.
Team development & mentorship: Support and mentor other engineers; help build a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping frontend applications (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Strong proficiency in Vue.js (including Vue 3) and TypeScript
Experience building complex, data-heavy interfaces with strong performance and usability
Experience with modern state management approaches and frontend build tools
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and best practices
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions
Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
