Role overview

As a Member of Legal, Corporate & Commercial Counsel at Anchorage Digital, you will support the company’s growth by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing third-party risk, and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own vendor contracts and provide legal oversight for third-party risk.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial and related agreements, including:
  • master service agreements
  • NDAs
  • partnership agreements
• Collaborate with the company’s third-party risk management team to strengthen and follow the organization’s contracting framework.
• As negotiations progress, ensure knowledge sharing across the relevant teams.

Requirements

• J.D. with a focus on financial services or corporate law.
• 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
• Ability to prioritize work aligned to company goals and clearly communicate the “why” behind decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and support growth strategy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to execute with moderate supervision while balancing commercial and legal considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating brokerage or other trading-related agreements.
• Enthusiasm for crypto with a foundational understanding of the industry and applicable laws/regulations in the US and internationally.
