About the role

Role Overview

Full-time remote MDM Developer to build and support Informatica MDM solutions that improve data quality, consistency, and governance across the enterprise. You will partner with business and technical teams to design master data models, implement matching/merge logic, and keep solutions running reliably in production.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Informatica MDM solutions, including:
- data models
- workflows
- integrations
Configure MDM tenant settings, including reference data, hierarchies, and relationships
Build and tune match/merge and survivorship rules
Perform data profiling, standardization, deduplication, and cleansing
Create and execute test plans and support release activities into production
Troubleshoot issues and apply best practices to improve performance
Document configurations and processes and collaborate with data governance on standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years experience in data modeling, data integration, and data quality
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica IDMC (including Customer 360 / iPaaS MDM and governance/catalog tools such as CDGC or similar)
Experience implementing Informatica solutions on Azure
Familiarity with EDM Council CDMC alignment
Working knowledge of SQL and Python (and NoSQL is a plus)
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Informatica IDMC, CDGC, ICP (or similar) certifications
