About the role
Role overview
Join Leadtech’s Marketing Technology & AdTech team as a MarTech Full-Stack Developer. You’ll build attribution and tracking systems across web and app environments, extend internal CRM and marketing tooling, and help ensure high-quality, available data for analytics.
Key missions
- Develop and maintain attribution and tracking systems for web and application environments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, product owners, developers, and data stakeholders to define tracking structures and data.
- Bridge business needs and technical implementation, translating marketing requirements into engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend features in internal CRM and marketing tooling.
- Own data quality and availability to support downstream analysis.
- Design and maintain tracking schemas/event governance.
- Integrate with APIs and event-driven workflows to support tracking and attribution.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across engineering, data, and business.
Requirements
- Strong ownership mindset.
- Experience with cloud environments and serverless architectures.
- Backend strength with Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and event-based systems.
- Ability to work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience building/maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience with APIs (REST), webhooks, and server-to-server integrations.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, including:
- Cloud Functions (serverless workloads)
- Cloud Scheduler (job orchestration)
- Experience with Datastore/Firestore for operational and lightweight storage.
- Experience with BigQuery for data warehousing and analysis.
- Experience with Pub/Sub for event-driven systems.
- Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and web performance.
- English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Spanish.
- Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or Astro.
- Experience with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch).
- Familiarity with ad platform APIs and tracking flows.
- Experience with subscription businesses and tools like RevenueCat.
- Exposure to CDPs, marketing automation, or product analytics tools.
- Experience with internal tools/CRMs/operational dashboards.
- Exposure to marketing/analytics tool ecosystems (CDPs, automation, product analytics).
