Marketing Operations Manager | $40/hr Remote

Role Overview

Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing Domain Expert) to develop AI training data rooted in real enterprise marketing workflows and business productivity scenarios. This is a remote contract role, 10–40 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise marketing expertise to create realistic AI training data for marketing workflows.
• Produce high-quality marketing content, including:
  • campaign plans
  • stakeholder communications
  • reports
  • presentations
  • project documentation
• Review and analyze fictional company contexts to write authentic user prompts and ideal AI responses aligned with real-world challenges.
• Provide follow-up recommendations and evaluate the quality of AI responses and suggestions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scenario accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Apply structured thinking and analytical reasoning to optimize training data performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise marketing operations, business writing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills to evaluate marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Experience with prompt engineering and/or writing prompts that simulate business scenarios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially document creation and project management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
