About the role
Role Overview
Own demand generation and brand positioning end-to-end across Evlo AI’s B2B and B2C tech portfolios. Turn high-level strategy into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and email
- Define KPIs and manage campaign analytics and attribution (optimize using CAC and pipeline contribution)
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker and/or GA4
- Manage SEO/SEM to improve rankings, keyword positioning, inbound traffic, and conversion
- Partner with design and content teams to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and lead magnets
- Run rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, CTAs, and funnel flows to improve conversion rates
- Manage the regional marketing budget and track ROI across campaigns
Requirements
- 4–7 years of digital marketing experience in a high-growth B2B or B2C technology company
- Deep expertise with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Strong analytics skills with GA4 and Looker, plus experience with tools like SEMrush
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition budgets and scaling pipeline generation
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable campaign changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Nice to Haves
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions
- Prior remote work experience
