Marketing Manager (Remote)

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing execution across the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead flow, engagement, and occupancy support across properties
• Execute and continuously improve marketing efforts aligned to measurable goals
• Implement the corporate marketing plan across capital and acquisitions
• Manage marketing deliverables including:
  • Content creation and copywriting
  • Graphic design
  • Campaign execution
• Coordinate with partners and manage vendors
• Run and optimize HubSpot and email marketing
• Schedule and manage social media campaigns
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for Property Managers
• Oversee a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist
