About the role

Join webAI's Design team as a Marketing Designer, where you'll create on-brand creative across various marketing and GTM surfaces. You'll collaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing partners, ensuring consistency and precision in every stage of the work. Key missions: Producing thoughtful, on-brand creative across marketing and GTM surfaces, both online and in-channel.. Collaborating closely with designers, writers, and marketing partners to bring craft and precision to every stage of the work.. Creating designs that align to project goals, creative direction, templates, and standards, and ensuring final deliverables are flawless. Profile: - An online portfolio of original work demonstrating strong visual craft and a user-centered eye - Comfort in a fast-paced creative environment, delivering high-quality work quickly - Strong Figma, and the judgment to know when to build a one-off vs a reusable template - Fast, accurate, high-volume execution without dropping craft - One year specializing in visual design for web, mobile, and/or digital marketing - Pipeline-fluent: comfortable using AI and template tooling to generate volume and curate it to the bar. We're an AI-native team and don't want a manual, file-by-file adapter - Range across formats: web, social, email, PDFs, decks, event materials, and digital campaigns - High proficiency in the formal elements of design: typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity - Deep understanding of applying a brand voice, aesthetic, and tone - Ability to extend campaign identities and style guides intelligently across new touchpoints - Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both creative and technical audiences - Understanding of web and app development principles, including HTML and CSS - Event creative, booth graphics, and print production - Basic video editing - Experience with technical, AI, or enterprise products - Sales enablement or enterprise GTM background
